Leadership Communication Module (Weeks 14-15)

Week 14 (Apr 27 - In-Person): Introduction to NAFRA framework. Live coding demonstration where students learn to identify narrative types and functions. In-class assignment: Students complete NAFRA coding of CEO speech (20 points).

Week 15 (May 1 - Online): Students read Ch 15 & 16. Submit personal strategic narrative (15 points) using NAFRA principles and complete discussion board (5 points).

This module integrates Dr. Cooper's published research on how leadership storytelling impacts organizational performance.
